Improvising

Learning new ways

Rely on that which is unknown

Cut up what you know

Weave it in

Ask questions that have no name

Use all of it

The surprise came

An embodied answer

Sine waves of expansion

Breaking out of channels

Different ways of extrapolating

Like 100 finches yet to turn yellow feeding

Snow begins to fall again

The morning is frozen

A small dog’s delight declares the scent of Spring lifting

Ÿou open new pathways of comprehension

Come closer to this cusp

Seated in meditation

You are a pilgrim
